ingredient list: 2 curry cubes, 1 lb cubed chicken, 1 tbsp of oil, salt to taste.

method: On medium heat, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 lb salted, cubed chicken and sauté for 1 minute. Add 2 Curry Cubes and 1 cup water, cover, and cook for 7 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

optional marination tip (before cooking): Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and salt to the cubed chicken and mix well for a even coat.

serve: enjoy with a side of rice or a flaky bread.
