ingredient list: 2 chettinad curry cubes , 1 lb cubed chicken, 1 tbsp of oil, salt.

method: On medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken, salted, and sauté for a minute. Then, add 2 Curry Cubes with 1 cup of water, close the lid, and cook for 7 minutes. Open the lid and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency.

chicken marination tip: add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and salt.

serve: enjoy with a side of rice or a flaky bread.
