ingredient list: 2 curry cubes, 1 lb paneer
method: On medium heat, add 1 cup water and drop in 2 Curry Cubes. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Uncover and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the cubed paneer and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
optional panner tip (before cooking): Cut into medium-sized cubes, lightly coat with oil and a pinch of cumin, then sear in an air fryer or a pan for a min.. You can source paneer from Whole Foods.
